Is Cornerstone a good fit for my family?
Thank you for your interest in joining us at Cornerstone. We appreciate the prayerful consideration families give to this decision. We are a hybrid, classical, Christian school serving Isle of Wight and South Hampton Roads. Our mission is to support parents in their biblical responsibility to raise children who glorify God by equipping them with a classical, Christian school.
Christian education refers to a wide variety of programs and offerings and can mean different things to different people. To ensure the mission of Cornerstone aligns with what you seek as a partner for your children’s education, please review the following checklist before you proceed:
✓ My spouse and I are active members in good standing at a local, Bible-believing church.
✓ My spouse and I are actively discipling our children in the faith at home.
✓ We want to play an active role in a Christ-centered education for our kids and commit to Cornerstone’s abbreviated schedule (including consistently arriving on time for drop-off/pick-up).
✓ We understand that a Christian school is still made up of sinners. While we can trust that the leadership, staff, and parents have entered this model to honor the Lord, we understand that situations will still occur in which we need to give and receive grace.
If all of the above do not apply to you, we would invite you to prayerfully consider that our model would not be compatible with your expectations.

Tuition & Fees for 2026-2027
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 a child (or $100 a family) is due with the application.
Tuition*: $2850 (K4-6th), $3150 (7th)
Book & Resource Fee: $250 (K4-6th), $350 (7th)
*Please note that teachers at our school will receive a discounted tuition fee for their student(s). Additionally, Families enrolling four or more student will receive a 25% discount on tuition for their fourth and any subsequent children enrolled.
Please complete one family application per family and one student application for each student applying.
